Vegan Chocolate Brownies Honey!

Vegan Chocolate Brownies Honey! (Minus the honey, because we don’t consume honey. FREE THE BEES!!!)






Ingredients for brownie:

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (make sure there’s no milk or traces) 
1/2 cup oat flour 
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 tsp vanilla extract 
a little salt 
and 2 tbsps crushed almond for crunch

Ingredients for topping:

 1/4 cup of coconut flakes for topping
1 tbsps shredded almond or almond slices
1 cup melted semi sweet chocolate chips


Line your container with a vegan butter ( I use Earth Balance). Bake it in the oven for 30 mins on 350 and voila! You got your sweet tooth fix! Leave it to cool for about another 40 mins until the brownie is ready to slice.  Pour the melted cup of chocolate over fudge brownie and glide spoon over for equal distribution. Toss coconut on top and add almonds on top of the coconut. Allow to rest for a few minutes, then cut up and enjoy alone, with a glass of almond milk or coconut ice cream.
