Weight loss At 15 Pounds


This photo highlights my weight loss at only 15 pounds in. I had begun strength training and focused on walking for one hour everyday. Then I began changing up the routine to get a different result, and the weight began to melt off without exercise.Yes Isaid without exercise. I changed my diet further to lose 14 additional pounds.
